This operational notice describes the current website and sales path. Contractual privacy, security, and retention terms for paid work belong in the applicable customer agreement.
Public website
The launch site does not use advertising pixels, third-party behavioral analytics, or a hosted lead form. The hosting and security provider may process ordinary network request metadata to deliver and protect the site.
Sales contact
Contact links open your email client. We receive only what you choose to send, and use it to assess fit, respond, scope work, and maintain the resulting business record.
Customer environments
The open-source core can run in a customer-controlled environment. Any Runner Concepts access, subprocessors, retention, or support data for a paid engagement is defined in the signed scope and supporting terms.
